    What is the return policy?

    We want you to absolutely love your custom creation! Because every item is personalized and made-to-order just for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. However, if your item is damaged during delivery or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right!
    Are any purchases final sale?

    We are unable to accept returns on certain items.
    When will I get my order?

    We handcraft and precision-engrave every single item ourselves right here in the High Desert! Because everything is made to order, we ask for a little bit of time to get it perfect. However, we work quickly, and our goal is always to have your custom order hand-delivered right to your doorstep within 3 days!
    Where are your products manufactured?

    We are a family-run engraving business based right here in Victorville! While we carefully source high-quality blank items—like our wood pieces, leather goods, and pet collars—all of the custom design work and precision laser engraving is done by us. We personalize and assemble every single order one at a time, together as a family, right in our home.
    Will you start shipping soon?

    Yes, absolutely! We are currently in our soft launch phase, which means we are exclusively focusing on local delivery right now. Once our soft launch is complete in the coming weeks, we will officially open up standard shipping so everyone can get their hands on our custom pieces!
